With a degree in mathematics, a deep understanding of the PBM market and a passion for creating the ideal customer experience, Libby has been leveraging her skills as a data savant to uncover drug spend waste for PSG customers for more than 13 years. Her prior experience as a customer systems supervisor for McKesson and a Senior Financial Consultant for Express Scripts informs her analytical approach and adds to her ability to unravel customer mysteries and control costs related to pharmacy and medical drug spend. Her expertise includes developing strategic cost solutions, creating advanced and specialized data and financial analysis plans, analyzing forecast and trend developments, and evaluating pricing and cost strategies and tactics. In her current role at PSG, Libby manages relationships with PSG’s largest clients ensuring that they get the full value from PSG’s technology solutions and consulting resources.
